1. Do you have a catalogue?
Our website is our catalogue. We do not produce a printed catalogue. 2. Do you ship outside the USA? Yes. We can ship certain product lines outside the USA. Please email us at info@kerrysuniquegifts.com to determine the rate and length of time for international deliveries. Specify which goods you would like to order and the country you would like them sent to. You will be emailed a special code to use when ordering so the appropriate International Shipping fees can be added to your total. International, PO Box, and APO deliveries will be delivered by the USPS. Because the post office only insures APO deliveries to the APO address, not the recipient, you are ordering at your own risk. Some nations charge customs duties on International purchases. Please check with your local Customs or Post Office for more information. 3. How long will it take to get my order? In the US, products will arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the time your order is placed. Shipping time depends on your delivery location. Orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours and sent via FedEx ground service, UPS or USPS. Approximate shipping times for International orders will be given when initial enquiry is made. 4. Do you accept credit cards? Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard and we also accept PayPal Payments. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with your American Express or Discovery Card. 5. What if my products arrive damaged? All orders are carefully packaged to minimize possible damage and breakage. If your order has been damaged or destroyed due to improper handling while in transit, you should fill out a damage report with the delivery agent. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged in transit once they leave our warehouse, however we may refund a portion of your order in such cases. You may also be eligible for full compensation from the delivery agent.
