Shipping Rates: Shipping to the continental USA is FREE. If you would like a product to be shipped outside of continental USA, please email customerSupport@Kerrysuniquegifts.com for shipping costs and a code to order the products.
Information about Ordering Quilts: Please remember that all quilts, bedspreads, linen, pillow covers etc. we offer are unique, authentic, and individually handcrafted, so no two items are ever exactly the same.
Delivery policy: We will make every effort to fill orders and ensure safe arrival as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, if not sooner.
We use UPS, FedEx ground service and USPS to deliver all of our packages. Your order will be delivered in 5 to 10 business days depending on geographical delivery location. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays.
If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (i.e. inclement weather) will not warrant a refund of shipping charges.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Cancellation Policy: If you should change your mind for any reason, a full refund will be given if the order has not shipped. Please email customersupport@kerrysuniquegifts.com immediately. If the product has left the warehouse, you will be notified of the return address and refunded, less all shipping costs, when the product returns to the warehouse. Please be aware some items will ship the same day if ordered before noon.
Refund Policy: Please do choose carefully!!
We are quite confident that you will love the handcrafted items you purchase from us! However, if you are dissatisfied in any way, you may return or exchange merchandise within 10 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price or replace the item. Please email for return address and, where possible, returns must be in original packaging. However, please remember that all sales are final after 10 days from delivery.
If your order has been damaged or destroyed due to improper handling whilst in transit, you should fill out a damage report with the delivery agent. You may be eligible for full compensation from the delivery agent.
Please note: Shippers will not honor a damage complaint made a week later! Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer pays for all return shipping.
Sold Out Items: We try to keep all items in stock. However, if a product is sold out, we will notify you promptly by email that your choice is unavailable and has been back ordered. We will then notify you of an approximate shipping date. Of course, you can choose to cancel your order when notified that it is unavailable and your credit card will be refunded immediately.
