Hinoki Cypress is an evergreen conifer with flat deep green fan-like foliage. The leaves are edged with blue on undersides and it has pea-sized cones.
This very beautiful uncommon evergreen is the smallest of the species. Not to be confused with Arborvitae. They make a hardy bonsai to be kept outdoors.
